1. Who we are and scope

RocioSoft Miami LLC (RocioSoft), Florida, United States, is responsible for the information described in this Privacy Policy. It covers rociosoft.com and applications published by RocioSoft that link to this policy, including applications distributed through Google Play.

Data practices depend on the application and the features you use. References to accounts, uploads, purchases and permissions apply only where those features exist. Application-specific notices supplement this policy with the data, providers and purposes for that application. For business applications operated on behalf of an organization, that organization may control the records you enter; contact it about those records or ask us for help identifying the appropriate contact.

2. Information and how it is used

Contact and support: when you use the website contact form or email us, we receive your name, email address, company if supplied, and message. We use these data to answer inquiries, provide support and follow up on your request.

Accounts and content: an application with accounts or online features may process the profile and sign-in information you provide, account identifiers, settings, and records, messages or files you submit. These data are used to authenticate you, deliver requested features, save or synchronize work and provide support. Information stored only on your device is not automatically accessible to RocioSoft; sending, synchronizing or backing it up can involve a separate transfer.

Technical information: online services can receive your IP address, request time, browser or app version, operating system and error or security information when your device connects. These data support service delivery, troubleshooting, reliability and abuse prevention. Additional analytics or advertising collection must be described in the applicable application notice.

Purchases: where paid features are offered, the store or payment provider processes payments under its own policy. Purchase confirmations, transaction identifiers and subscription status may be used to grant access and provide billing support. Do not send card details, passwords or unnecessary sensitive information in support messages.

3. Device permissions

Some RocioSoft applications use microphone and location permissions. Microphone access enables audio capture for features you activate. Location access enables features that depend on your position; the location precision available depends on the permission you grant and your device settings. These permissions apply to the applications and features that request them, not to every RocioSoft application. Any additional permissions and their purposes are described by the relevant application.

The application and operating-system prompt identify the access requested. You can decline optional permissions or change them in device settings; the related feature may become unavailable. A permission alone does not tell you whether data stay on your device or are transmitted: consult the feature disclosure before recording, uploading or sharing. Where required, a separate disclosure and consent precede collection or a new use.

4. Sharing and third-party services

Information needed to operate a service may be processed by hosting, email, support, authentication or other technical providers involved in the feature you use. Content you choose to send to another person or connect to an external service is shared as part of that request. Application-specific notices describe additional providers, including any analytics, advertising or AI services and the data sent to them.

This website loads Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google and sends connection information such as your IP address and browser request details. Google Play also processes store downloads and purchases under Google’s own privacy policy.

We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose information as required by law or as necessary to protect users, investigate abuse or exercise legal rights. A business transfer may involve relevant records, subject to applicable privacy requirements. External websites you choose to visit have their own policies.

5. Cookies and local storage

The website contact form uses a session cookie to limit repeated submissions. Applications may store settings or session information needed for their features on your device. You can manage cookies in your browser and app storage in device settings; clearing them may sign you out or remove local settings and content.

6. Security and international processing

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information and service, including HTTPS for this website and controls intended to restrict unauthorized access. No system or transmission method is completely secure. Protect your credentials and device, and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.

RocioSoft is based in the United States. Depending on the service and its providers, information may be processed in the United States or other countries with different privacy rules. Applicable legal safeguards are required where a transfer is subject to them.

7. Retention

We retain personal information for the time needed to provide the requested service, maintain an active account where applicable, resolve support matters and meet legal obligations. Retention depends on the data and purpose; there is no single retention period for every application.

Information no longer needed is deleted or anonymized. Limited records may be retained for legal, accounting, security, fraud-prevention or dispute-resolution purposes. Backup copies may remain until replaced or removed through the applicable backup cycle. If an exception affects a deletion request, we explain the relevant records and reason. Organization-managed records may also be subject to that organization’s obligations.

8. Access, correction and deletion

To request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information held by RocioSoft, or deletion of a RocioSoft application account and its associated data, email info@rociosoft.com. Use the subject “Privacy / account deletion”, identify the application and email associated with the account, and say whether you want to delete the account or particular data. You do not need to sign in to this website to make a request.

We may request proportionate information to verify ownership and protect your data; never send your password. We respond under applicable requirements and explain any information that must be retained and why. Account deletion includes associated personal data, subject to the retention exceptions above, and may remove access to saved content. If the application offers an in-app deletion option, you may use it as well.

Uninstalling an app does not necessarily delete information stored online. For data held only on your device, use app controls or device storage settings and manage separate backups. Store subscriptions may need to be canceled separately through the store. Depending on your location, you may also have rights to object to or restrict processing, obtain a portable copy, withdraw consent or complain to a privacy authority. Contact us to exercise applicable rights.

Request deletion by email

9. Children’s privacy

The intended audience and age suitability are described in each application’s listing and notices. A general-purpose application is not an invitation for children to submit personal information. Processing children’s information requires the protections and parental consent required by applicable law.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child provided information without required consent, contact info@rociosoft.com with the application name and relevant details. We will investigate and take appropriate steps, including deletion where required. A service specifically intended for children needs an additional notice explaining its data practices and parental controls.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as services or privacy requirements change. The revised policy and effective date will be published here. For material changes, additional notice or consent will be provided where required.
